Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim is looking forward to returning to home ground and entertaining fans at Old Trafford.

United lost their last home game to Nottingham Forest and have since beaten Victoria Plzen in the Europa League, beat Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium before losing to Spurs in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

“It was very difficult the way we lost the game against Nottingham (Forest),” Amorim said of the 3-2 defeat.

“I’m looking forward to hearing the music, playing with our fans and trying to bring joy to their lives because (losing to Spurs) was really hard,” he said.

Amorim is also confident his side are on the right track despite Thursday’s Carabao Cup exit to Spurs.

“We are improving our game in Register ufabet the opponent’s box. We had some games where we played in the box but couldn’t really threaten them. We saw different things (on Thursday). We could score, we were close to the goal and you could really feel it. I think that’s a good thing about our team.”
